Part-time 3 days/week, temporary contract 6 months
European Dental Group (EDG)- pan-European; hybrid working

Create measurable impact across Engagement, Capacity, and Learning &Development-without direct-line authority.

About European Dental Group (EDG)
EDG is a leading roll-up platform in the European dental market, backed by Nordic Capital. We operate in the Netherlands, Switzerland, Germany, Belgium, and the UK, employing 8,000+ people. Our mission is simple: the best teams delivering the most appropriate care through collaboration, quality, and well-run processes. With ~200 successful M&A integrations over the last five years, EDG offers the scale, pace, and opportunity for an ambitious programme manager to make a group-wide difference.

The Opportunity
We’re hiring a Group HR Programme Manager to deliver high-impact projects that improve retention, engagement, practitioner productivity, and the automation of HR reporting. You’ll report to the Chief People Officer (CPO) and work through influence, collaboration, and data-driven execution, partnering with Finance, IT, and Heads of HR across countries.

What you’ll deliver

  • Engagement & People Surveys: Lead the annual EDGH survey and consolidate country results into insights, comparisons, and action plans, driving year-on-year improvements in participation, engagement index, and e-NPS.
  • Capacity Management & Automation: Replace manual HR KPI reporting with BOARD-based, automated dashboards in partnership with Finance. Provide monthly consolidated group KPIs and ad-hoc analyses for capacity projections, FTE planning, SvB requests, and leadership forums.
  • Learning & Development: Maintain and enhance our E-learning platform (with IT & Heads of HR). Focus your time on ROI evaluation for international practitioner training and post-pilot rollout of the mentoring programme—ensuring countries are ready, KPIs are captured, and outcomes are visible.
  • Productivity Analytics: Capture and consolidate practitioner productivity across target groups (e.g., young dentists, dentists in training). Report new starter vs. leaver deltas, trends, and improvement opportunities.
  • HR Tech & Performance Systems: Support evaluation, pilots, and rollout of HR technologies that lift productivity and enable strategy. Cascade Talent Matrix and Succession Planning practices across the group.

What you’ll bring

  • Advanced Excel & PowerPoint expertise. You’re exceptional at data analysis, dashboarding, reporting, and modelling in Excel, and at visually translating complex programmes, communication plans, KPIs, and results into clear, senior-ready PowerPoint narratives.
  • Project/programme delivery experience (ideally in HR), with strong analytical skills and comfort with HR metrics and KPI reporting.
  • Knowledge of technology evaluation and implementation; hands-on with tooling transitions (e.g., BOARD) is a plus.
  • Organisation and stakeholder management excellence—able to coordinate across multiple countries, functions, and priorities.
  • 2–3 years’ relevant experience, including 2+ years in international or complex stakeholder environments.

Competencies

  • Strategic & analytical thinking with a bias for measurable outcomes.
  • Clear communication & collaboration across senior and operational stakeholders.
  • Leadership through influence. You mobilise teams without direct authority.
  • Planning, prioritisation, and risk assessment that respects a 3-days/week cadence.
  • Culturally aware and effective in international settings.

Personal Profile

  • Proactive, results-driven, diplomatic.
  • A clear communicator at both strategic and operational levels, turning data into action.

Why EDG?

  • A meaningful mission in quality oral care at European scale.
  • The chance to build automation, lift engagement, and improve retention and productivity across multiple countries.
  • Direct Chief People Officer EDG sponsorship and visibility with senior leadership.
  • Part-time (3 days/week) with hybrid flexibility and limited travel.
