TopMondzorg, part of the European Dental Group, and Fresh are joining forces to further strengthen and future-proof oral healthcare in the Netherlands. This strategic partnership brings together two organizations that share a commitment to quality, innovation, and continuous development — with one common goal: enhancing the delivery of care for patients and clients.

Both TopMondzorg and Fresh are aligned in their vision of delivering high-quality dental care and share ambitious goals for growth. These include investments in quality, education & training, innovation, and sustainable care. The partnership leverages the entrepreneurial spirit of Fresh and the strength of TopMondzorg in creating structured collaboration and knowledge-sharing. Together, they will establish a more powerful dental care network with greater capacity for innovation, scale benefits, and shared expertise. This positions the joint organization to proactively respond to societal challenges such as an ageing population, increasing digitization, and the rising demand for preventive oral care.
A Stronger Market Position
TopMondzorg is leading in the Dutch dental market and, after integration, it will have 170 clinics — operating under the Dental Clinics label, three referral labels (orthodontics, complex dentistry, oral surgery), and an expanded presence in the ambulant oral care market. Fresh operates 41 clinics. Together, they will provide the highest quality oral care to more than 1,500,000 patients and clients every year.
Continuity for Patients and Dental Professionals
For patients and clients of both TopMondzorg and Fresh, care will continue as usual — delivered by familiar professionals at trusted locations. The merger also enables broader access to specialist expertise, enhanced opportunities for knowledge exchange, and more space for professional and personal development across the organization.
